Our Asphalt Installation Process

Site Evaluation

Every paving project begins with an on-site evaluation to determine existing pavement conditions, drainage, base stability, and the best construction method for long-term performance.

Excavation & Demolition

When existing pavement has failed, we saw cut, remove, and properly dispose of deteriorated asphalt before rebuilding the pavement structure from the ground up.

Base Preparation

We install and compact aggregate base as required to create a stable foundation capable of supporting vehicle traffic and reducing future settlement.

Fine Grading

Proper grading promotes positive drainage and helps minimize standing water, which is one of the leading causes of pavement deterioration.

Asphalt Placement

Hot mix asphalt is installed at the appropriate thickness for the application and machine compacted to achieve a smooth, durable finished surface.
